Iron Draw Supply Co – Monthly Cash Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Iron Draw Supply Co, irondrawsupplyco.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The sweepstakes runs on a monthly basis. Each monthly drawing period begins on the 1st day of the month and ends at 11:59 PM CT on the last day of the month. A new sweepstakes begins each calendar month.

4. How to Enter

Method 1 – Purchase Entry: Make a qualifying purchase on irondrawsupplyco.com during the Sweepstakes Period. Each product includes a specified number of entries as listed on the product page (e.g., 25, 100, or 500 entries). Entries are credited upon completed purchase.

Method 2 – Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): No purchase is necessary. To receive one (1) free entry, send a handwritten postcard with your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number to: Iron Draw Supply Co Sweepstakes, 139 North Drive Kilgore, Tx 75662. One free entry per person per Sweepstakes Period. Entries must be postmarked by the last day of the Sweepstakes Period and received within 7 days thereafter.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the monthly price. The prize will be announced at the start of each monthly Sweepstakes Period on the Sponsor's website and social media channels. No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.  If it is cash, a 1099 Form will be given to claim your taxes.  

6. Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will take place within 7 days after the close of each Sweepstakes Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, or fails to respond within 5 business days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 prior to receiving the prize.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

10. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein.

11. Disputes

All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. By entering, entrants agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

12. Winners List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Iron Draw Supply Co Sweepstakes Winners List, 139 North Drive, Kilgore, TX, within 60 days of the end of each Sweepstakes Period.
